摘要
At present, the urban real estate price is in high level in China. Basing on a comparative analysis of the real estate bubble measurement methods, this paper puts forward a measurement model of the real estate bubble by determining its basic-value price. An empirical study is made on the urban real estate price data of the North China, East China, South China, Central China and the Western part from 2003 to 2008. It is finding that there are certain bubbles in urban real estate market in China as a whole, at the mean time the urban real estate bubbles have reach to higher level in some region in China.
