摘要
This article shows the possibility of regenerating used oils of Azerbaijan. For the study, engine and transformer oil were taken. The viscosity of used oils increases in comparison with commercial oil and the acidity increases by about 3-4 times, at a temperature 50(0)C, the viscosity of transformer oil is 8 mm(2)/s, and waste oil has 9.45 mm(2)/s; at a temperature 100(0)C, the viscosity of engine oil is 10.5 mm(2)/s, and waste oil is 11.95 mm(2)/s. We used sulfuric acid and zeolite purification. As a zeolite a local mordenite was taken. With the help of sulfuric acid cleaning, we have removed the products of contamination and products that have fallen into the sediment. After sulfuric acid treatment, the acid number of transformer oil was reduced from 0.6 to 0.02 mg KOH, and engine oil from 0.27 to 0.014 mg KOH. Thus, by sulfuric acid coagulation, it was possible to cleanse the oil from mechanical impurities, part of asphalt-resinous substances. By adsorptive purification with natural mordenite, it was possible to obtain oils that, after adding additives, can be used in production. The optimal technological mode of adsorption purification has been determined. The refined oils have been shown to meet the standards and can be reused.
