摘要
Each month it takes approximately one day of Kocfinans Law Department to assign legal case tiles to appropriate partner legal offices. In this study, we will present our solution called "Smart Task Distribution Platform", which is a hybrid structured system consisting of rule-based, optimization and machine learning sub models. With this solution, in addition to automatize manual processes, it is also aimed to improve the current processes by adding extra features, some of which are impossible manually. It is hoped that the project, carried out with open source tools, will inspire solutions to problems in both law office management and similar problems.
