摘要
Stream line analysis is still restricted to qualitative analysis while solving issues of facilities rational layout and identifying streamline bottleneck areas inside comprehensive passenger terminals. In this paper, combined with a qualitative and quantitative analysis, a logical framework of streamline analysis methodology is offered which contains three parts of Basic Principles, Basic Contents, and Analysis Levels. Steps and relevant methods for Streamline Design and Streamline Organization are explained in details. Furthermore, a measurement methodology was also offered to identify and eliminate streamline bottleneck areas which is based on the principles of Capacity Method, Delay Method and Density Method. It therefore is given a more effective technical approach to realize functions and optimize facilities layout for comprehensive passenger terminals.
