摘要
The assemblability affects the safety, reliability and economy of products, and the virtual automatic assembly technology has become an important and effective method of assemblability analysis. The research on assembly modeling process based on VMIAT is made in this paper. Firstly, the assembly process of the automatic assembly simulation to evaluate the assemblability based on VMIAT is introduced Secondly, based on the theory of AHP method, an assembly evaluation model has been established combined with the evaluation results in DELMIA which is the tool adopted in VMIAT. At last, to verify the applicability of the model, this model is applied to an instance and the result proves that this method is feasible and accurate.
