摘要
The purpose of this study was to develop a computer program that provides an ideal weight change curve for each individual patient in order to assist in weight management during pregnancy. We began with a hypothesis that "a normal pregnant woman's physique increases linearly after 16 weeks and the slope of a regression line tracing this increase is influenced by the physique before pregnancy". We tested the hypothesis by examining the relationship between month of pregnancy and the BMI change ratio from the pre-pregnant. Then we were development the program which is to determine the ideal body weight during each month of pregnancy. It seemed that it was necessary to examine the efficacy and validity of a weight change curve for pregnant women by carrying out clinical application.
