摘要
Food waste is harmful, which seriously affected the urban environment and human health, but because of its rich organic matter content and fat content, therefore it has a greater utilization value. At present, bio-degradation is the main research direction of food waste resources processing method. The value of disposing food waste in situ lies in systematically address the food waste and environmental pollution problems through the use of the niinitype unitization equipment and practical process. Meanwhile, disposing food waste in situ as the key point put forward the ideas of building a food waste resource utilization industrial chain. It is a workable solution to solve the current tough problems caused by food waste resource utilization.
