摘要
The port logistics is a hotspot in logistic industry, the competition between neighbor ports become more and more furious. This paper analyses shortcomings of analytic hierarchy process, furthermore, and design a more comprehensive and more scientific evaluation index system of port logistics competitiveness. And calculates every index weight with the weighting method-G(1) based on differential principle, appraises comprehensive performance using, fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method The verification by experiment of Ningbo-Zhoushan port logistics performance is a real response of performance status, and provides theoretical foundation for development and correction of Ningbo-Zhoushan port, after discussion for evaluation results, some suggestions and policy options are put forward to make the port take pertinent measures to upgrade its competitiveness.
