摘要
Cranckshafts reconditioning by welding, reached the end of life which shows high wear in different areas, is more efficient in economic terms than the manufacture of a new one. However welding reconditioning processes involve emissions which emit into the atmosphere and are not at all negligible. The paper deals with the extension of the 2 methods for reconditioning by welding in the energy industry in the field of repairing the crankshafts in the automotive industry. The results obtained through the application of methods for reconditioning Weld Toe Tempering Technique and filling layers of sidings, which was used as a welding procedure SMEI. Also, the paper presents the main stages of a technological process of reconditioning the crankshafts by welding in which appear polluting substances. We made determinations for pollutants that occur during the process of reconditioning by welding. We calculated the pollution and proposed several methods of preventing and reducing the environmental impact of this procedure used mostly in repairing the trucks. Experimental researches undertaken results lead to a substantial reduction of pollution produced by grip compared to the establishment of a new parts.
