摘要
This paper concerns with the simulation of free-surface flows around bodies. The artificial compressibility concept is employed to the Navier-Stokes or Euler equations of an incompressible fluid. The equations are discretized by a finite volume method on block-structured grids. The inviscid fluxes are approximated by a Roe-like flux difference splitting. The free surfaces are simulated by a kinematic and dynamic surface conditions on a surface-orientated mesh as well as with the aid of a level-set method. Integration is carried out with a time-stepping method. Computational results are presented for the flow around a submerged hydrofoil and compared with experimental results.
