摘要
Reduced graphene oxides were synthesized by chemical reduction of graphite oxide using hydrazine hydrate as well as by high temperature-high vacuum thermal exfoliation at 900-1100 degrees C. The samples were characterized using Raman spectroscopy. From the Raman spectra, it is inferred that hydrazine reduced and thermally exfoliated samples were found to consist of two and three to five layers. The change in the amount of sp(2) rings present in GO with increase in exfoliation temperature is studied.
