摘要
In this paper, Arduino Etherne network controller is used as the main control unit, Bluetooth module, clock module and wife/3G communication module are the main modules, Blue tooth 4.0 communication is the core technology, and a new type of traffic information detection equipment is designed and developed. The detection equipment can detect the MAC address, time and location information of the Bluetooth device installed in the vehicle, This information can be uploaded to the research and development of the Bluetooth host computer management and control system, through the built-in related algorithms, to be completed including the calculation of the characteristic parameters of the travel time, average speed, traffic congestion measurement. But because the proportion of vehicles with Bluetooth equipment is not stable, so the system is still not directly all the vehicle OD estimates.
