摘要：
Knowledge becomes the pivotal resource of the economic increase and the new power of economic development, in knowledge age. Thus Knowledge management plays an important role in increasing global market for enterprises, especially for distribution enterprises. This paper analyzed the definition, content. process and requirement of enterprise knowledge management, then concluded that the share of knowledge and information of different enterprise and different area is the sticking point of today's knowledge management. New IT technologies should be adapted for the requirement of enterprise knowledge management. With the Web Services' mature, it makes knowledge management for global distribution enterprise become possible and convenient. A web service-based framework model for knowledge management system is given in this paper. Finally a case is given to illustrate the application of the proposed model.
