摘要：

This paper describes the meaning and characteristics of effective teaching. In this paper, the status of vocational education in vocational schools on the basis of the investigation, to Digital control lathe programming course as an example of effective teaching in the course of implementation, and evaluation results are analyzed. It also presents the promotion of effective teaching evaluation value, and recommendations from teachers teach and students learn two dimensions for effective teaching assessment.
