When surrealism appears in Brazil: contribution to the study of cultural dialogues between Europe and the Latin America in the twenties

摘要：

It is possible to identify several indications of how surrealism was received in Brazil in 1925. At first, many significant figures of the Brazilian literature and rather unfavorable Literary criticism were to it. This story changes with the appearance of Revista de Antropotagia, which supported a movement that would integrate the conquests of surrealism, even without the effective constitution of a surrealist group in Brazil.
