Promotions on the Integration of Urban-rural Public Services and Management in Jiangsu Province, China

The integration of urban and rural public services and management is an important aspect of urban and rural construction, and also the key project of "the two priorities" (the first is comprehensively to complete the well-off society and the other is basically to realize the modernization)" in Jiangsu Province. Strengthening the construction of service-oriented government, integrating urban and rural management institutions, improving province administrating county system, establishing a system of the third sector(non-governmental organization), equalizing public services, providing more public finance for rural areas and Northern Jiangsu districts, speeding up the construction of urban and rural information network, respecting the differences and local features, and refer the domestic advanced experience, all of these measures are taken to promote the integration of Jiangsu urban and rural public services and management, to promote a comprehensive economic and social development of Jiangsu, and to establish a harmonious Jiangsu.
