摘要
Vehicle routing problem considers not only the minimization of the total travel distance, but also apposite satisfaction level, which includes customers' satisfaction level and drivers' satisfaction level. The VRP tackled in this paper assumes the customer has mtiltiple fuzzy time windows, which has different priority levels between them. It also presents a hybrid multi -objectives particle swarm optimization algorithm to tackle the proposed model. Basing on the Solomon VRPTW benchmark problem instances, this paper carries out the experiments, and the results show that the consideration of satisfaction level can reduce the total travel distance with a guarantee of certain satisfaction level. What more, the consideration of driver satisfaction level will lead a small increase of travel distance and a small decrease of satisfaction level, and together with that are better employee loyalty and a harmonious employment relationship, which is significant to the healthy development of the company.
