Research into Regional Innovation Culture on Government

On the background of building an innovational government, the relationship between regional innovation culture and government innovation must be taken seriously. The paper firstly expounds the connotation of regional innovation culture, and discusses the action mechanism of the regional innovation culture on government in view of the difference on regional innovative cultural in level of the government. Research shows that effects of differences of regional innovation cultural are different in the level and depth on technological innovation. The governance innovation is more effective than governance intervention on regional technological innovation. As a result, it provide theory and method guidance for us to improve government innovation system in our country. The empirical analysis suggests that there is a positive relationship between innovation culture and government performance and regional innovation culture promotes technology innovation.
