摘要
The effects of bank geometry on the morphology of ink-jet printed TIPS pentacene channel layer and electrical properties of TFT devices. It was found that the size and shape of the bank had a significant influence on the film morphology as well as the electrical properties of transistors. It is suggested that a specific bank shape and size have to be selected considering the ink-jet drop volume and solid concentration.
