GKV 90 Prozent - Das E-Magazin des GKV-Spitzenverbandes; Dezember 2017: 1-16 Die Haufigkeit von huftgelenknahen Oberschenkelbruchen betragt in Deutschland jahrlich 150 pro 100000 Einwohner. In den meisten Fallen sind altere Menschen betroffen. Um optimale Behandlungsergebnisse zu erzielen, ist es notwendig, die Patienten moglichst rasch nach der Aufnahme zu operieren - dies ist leider in Deutschland nicht immer der Fall. C. Gleisberg et al. haben die Ursachen untersucht und konkrete Verbesserungsvorschlage gemacht.
