摘要
Source water has been polluted seriously currently. The biggest endanger is organic pollutant. The disinfection by-products (DBPs) of organic pollutants are very harmful to health. Therefore, besides the removal of turbidity and bacteria, the removal of organic pollutant in the water treatment is very important. Controlling coagulation conditions rationally can improve the removal effect of organic matter, and the cost of water treatment is low. In the paper, the mechanisms and influencing factors of removing organic matters in enhanced coagulation process, and the connection between turbidity removal and organic matter removal, are primarily discussed. The removal mechanisms include charge neutralization, bridge and adsorption, chemical precipitation, adsorption precipitation, and so on. The influencing factors include component and content of NOM, coagulant species and chemical dosage, pH value, alkalinity, the species of metallic ions, and so on. Based on the discussion, it is presented that enhanced coagulation suitable to China's actual conditions is the most economical and efficient technology of micro-polluted source water treatment.
