The network teaching is accompanied by computer network technology development and appear a kind of new-type teaching model, Domestic sports which in or out our country have been devoted to exploring the network education technology and college sports teaching integration of research and application of technology, network teaching to improve the learning interest of the students, strengthening students' learning ability is of positive significance. This paper utilizes the literature material law and interviews with experts on the university speed skating network course design principles, teaching objectives and teaching contents were discussed, for skating network teaching effect is discussed, and designing and developing the speed skating network teaching system. Through the traditional network teaching system with network speed skating combine classroom teaching, so as to better solve speed skating lessons glacial short time, the more people could not cleared guidance and so on many realistic problem.
