摘要
Taking the plan environmental impact assessment of Hangjin energy and chemical industry base for an example, this paper mainly focuses on the methods and techniques of atmospheric environment impact assessment and prediction in the environmental impact assessment for plan. The energy and the chemical industry of coal are the leading industry in the base, and the main raw material is coal. The impacts of coal in the process of transport, pile and production on the atmospheric environment are heavy. As the region relates to environmentally sensitive areas, wetlands, it should be taken more attentions in the process of prediction and assessment. On the basis of the monitoring and evaluation of the status of the project evaluation area, the author predicts the impacts in different scenarios of the base planning using multi-source model, and simulates atmospheric environment impacts after the implementation of plan, which provides quantitative basis for the relevant planning of environmental protection.
