摘要：
Enterprise Informationization (EI) is a system engineering. In fact, the process of its constructing Is also a process of evaluation and perfection. The paper analysis how to evaluate EI, on the grounds of a three-dimensioned evaluation model and its index system of Informationization level, finance and competitive ability, it reflects the level of informationization, economic potential of constructing informal ionization and (he degree of informationizing effectiveness on management. These can actually direct the construction of EI.
