摘要：
Based on four aspects of safety control, schedule control, quality control and cost control, this paper constructs the performance evaluation index system of project management. The AHP is used to determine the index weights of all levels in the evaluation model, and on this basis, the project management performance evaluation model is established, and the feasibility of the evaluation mechanism is verified by empirical analysis.
