摘要：
The knowledge has become the increase power for enterprise in knowledge economy times, as a new management mode, knowledge management (KM) is an effective method to improve the construction enterprise's (CE) core competition power, it can send the proper knowledge to the most suitable person at the most suitable time and make the best decision. The paper analyzes the present situation of our CE based on the necessity for KM, designs the KM framework for CE, and the basic tactics which to improve our CEKM level are brought up, in order to realize the continued development and innovation for CE, and establish itself in an unassailable position in market competition.
