摘要
A kind of Hybrid Inference Petri Net-based (HIPN) Expert Coordinated Regional Control System (ECRCS) is proposed. With HIPN features of visualization modeling, conflict resolving and parallel inferring, ECRCS has effectively enhanced the system-analyzing and decision-making abilities of expert control systems, which are suitable to control the non-linear, time-variation and uncertainty objects especially existed in chemical industries. The system is made up of lower control level and upper coordination level, which presents a coordinated and hierarchical control framework. The techniques and solutions provided in this study are used to teal with the region control problems of an industrial distillation plant. Detail design procedures are proposed and some simulations show that this methodology is effective.
