ECONOMIC ANALYSIS ON ENERGY-SAVING RECONSTRUCTION OF EXISTING BUILDINGS

摘要
Energy-saving reconstructing for the existing buildings has great significance in energy-saving and protecting environment. The existing buildings in Yangzhou are chosen to research on the possibility of energy-saving reconstruction by analyzing its climate conditions, environment and thermal property. The energy-saving targets and energy-saving reconstruction measures were proposed according to structural types and residual service life. And the software PBECA20081.00 was used to calculate the indices of energy-saving reconstruction. The results show the total energy-saving ratio can reach 65%similar to 85%, and the cost of energy-saving reconstruction is 150-600 Yuan per square meter, which prove the energy-saving reconstructing for the existing buildings is a new way to go for building saving energy.
