摘要
Reputation represents a collective measure of trustworthiness, which are referrals or ratings from other peers in P2P networks. Before transaction, the peers always use aggregated ratings to derive reputations each other to decide whether or not to have a transaction, so reputation ratings will transmit in the networks before transaction. In this paper, we mainly analyze the propagation process of reputation ratings in P2P networks. When querying reputation, the querying peer will transmit the messages to the networks, and other peers will respond them. The number of querying will vary with time for the dynamic network environments, and the numbers of peers who respond the messages are also vary with time. The purpose of this paper is to analyze the factors that influence propagation of reputation. Through the propagation model, we give an answer about how the reputation messages transmit in the networks and what about the relationship of these factors.
