摘要
This paper explored a new way to reduce the content of tar for controlling the damage of cigarettes. The cellulose acetate fibers were treated with cellulase, and to Study the modification Of Surface properties of the cellulose acetate fibers, airflow test method was used to test the discharge capacity of airflow and methylene blue dyeing method was used to test K/S value of the cellulose acetate fibers before and after enzymes treatment. The results were the discharge capacity of airflow was reduced by 4.7% and K/S value of the cellulose acetate fibers was increased observably after enzymes treatment, which indicated that the specific surface area of fibers was increased and the filtration of fibers was improved. Moreover, TTESS program of statistic and analysis software was used to analyze the discharge capacity of airflow and K/S value for proving the effectiveness of enzymes treatment.
