摘要：
Based on the analysis on components of enterprise executive power and influential factors, this paper established the evaluation index system of business execution through using the mathematical theory of unascertained measure, and constructed the unascertained measure model of business execution through establishing the weight of index classification using information entropy. Finally, business execution is evaluated synthetically, and carries out case analysis.
