摘要
Based on the related theory and method, the indexes system and standard for the assessment of sustainable water resources utilization were constructed by using analytic hierarchy process. The water environment and ecology status in Shaanxi section of Weihe River Basin was assessed. The results show that, water ecology status is basically sustainable utilization,as well as development of water resources. However the comprehensive water resources sustainable utilization degree of the area is generally low, with poor water conditions and allocation of water resources. These situations are mainly resulted from unreasonable industrial layout along Weihe River, water pollution, silting, soil erosion, reduced runoff, and drought and flood disaster. Therefore, the countermeasures of water environment protection were proposed.
