摘要
The dynamics of the development of information and communication technologies has significantly influenced the functioning of social and economic life. The degree and scope of their application is constantly increasing, and this, in turn, is associated with the process that is responsible for digital transformation. Digitisation constitutes the foundation for the development of the Industry 4.0 concept. The changes resulting from the digitisation and the Industry 4.0 concept that are observed on the market concern not only business models, the manner of customer value creation or data management, but also relate to a change in the employees' competency model. The objective of this study is to present selected issues related to the most desirable employees' competences in the era of Industry 4.0. Identification of competences was presented based on literature review and documents analysis. The results shows also that creation of indispensable skills is becoming increasingly complex and will certainly evolve together with the evolution of working environment improved with technology.
