Power amplifier for high frequency CO2-laser stimulation

摘要
We give the results of construction of the double-ended power amplifier pn the generator tetrodes, which is used for the high frequency CO2-laser stimulation. The stimulation power approaches 3 kW in pulse and 500 W in the continuous mode, with the operation frequency of 110 MHz. A special attention is given to the effect of interaction bf the active elements of the double-ended amplifier with the reflecting load, and to the choice of their operation mode.
