摘要：
Focusing on the main links of the power grid, a comprehensive simulation training system, which is based on the standard of high level architecture, is proposed. The composition of the system are introduced, and the federate object model, the simulation object model, the data filtering and distribution strategy are designed. Based on the time stamp order event, a time advance strategy with variable time step is achieved. Finally, the implementation method of the federate is described. The system presented in this paper provides one of the best solutions for personnel training in complex environments.
