摘要
Analyze the obstacle factors of rural teachers' professional growth is the foundational work of promoting the rural teachers' professional development and effective training.This document puts forward that the external factors which influence the rural teachers' professional development include:lower return,unreasonable evaluation and management system,lack of effective incentive,school organizational environment culture is closed and conservative.The individual factors include:teachers' professional faith is weak, lack the abilities of teachers' self-development and so on.
