摘要：
Manufacturing industry has strategic signification for it undertaking the task of supplying the basic equipment and process technology for the whole national economy. Agile manufacturing, as an effective manufacturing mode for improving the competition ability in the continuous changing market, became the standing hotspot on research and application in this decade. Virtual enterprise is accepted widely by both academic and industrial communities to improve the competitiveness in global market. The paper presents a model of supply system oriented virtual enterprise for manufacturing enterprise, introduces the existing styles of virtual enterprise, analyses the model's characteristic, implementing preconditions and establishing process.
