Determination of the effect of the probability of risk and loss of severity degree of the project construction costs which may lead to predict and control the key factors of cost overruns and provide theoretical basis for the risk of control of project implementation by means of the risk factor analysis of project construction cost and application the method of AHM (Analytic Hierarchical Model) to determined weight.
