Factors influencing the formation of plating Zn-Ni alloy and its reaction mechanism

Recently great progress has been made on the research on plating Zn-Ni alloy. However, research on the factors influencing its formation is still insufficient. Experiments to investigate all factors influencing its formation were conducted in our research and the factors influencing the composition and properties of the plating layer were reported in this paper. A rigorous reaction mechanism was proposed.
