摘要
Every elastomeric compound is developed, based on a formulation, in order to obtain the physico-mechanical and chemical properties that distinguish it from the rest. In this research work, the characterisation study of formulations is continued, (continued from part 1) evaluating in this case three response variables: wear-resistance, Poisson's ratio and aging, and using the content of tetramethyl tiurann disulphide (TMTD, ultra accelerator), Dures resin (reinforcing resin), and ZnO-Al (Zinc oxide with 4% of Aluminum trac- es, activator of vulcanisation reactions) as independent variables. In this way, the formulations under study are defined, which allows to meet the mechanical requirements of the solicitations. The data obtained from the study are indispensable for the modeling of the part to be manufactured with this formulation.
