摘要：
The article presents the background of internationalization and implementation of independent colleges in terms of the development of Gengdan Institute.It discusses the strategies, global influences, routes and tactics implied by the independent institutions towards upgrading the development of higher education with China's independent colleges.The suggestions and considerations are also provided at the end of the essay to promote and encourage the further advancement of independent institutes in its maneuver towards a higher level of internationalization in China today.
