摘要
With the accelerating of aging process, the livelihood and housing problems is increasingly prominent. The need to improve the existing housing environment is extremely urgent. Starting with the current situation of the aging population and the endowment development tendency in our country, this article makes an analysis about the current residential requirements of the elderly and provides the corresponding residential planning measures that can adapt to the sustainable development of economy and society from the following four aspects: residential overall layout, aged housings design, residential space environment and residential public service facilities.
