摘要
As most license plate positioning system have some disadvantages such as real time difference, a large amount of calculation, the lower positioning accuracy, in this paper,it is used the license plate location method based on gray-scale images and morphological, and it is designed software and hardware design Using DSP TM5320DM648 as processor. The experimental results show that the system has higher positioning efficiency and better real-time.
