摘要
In this work the surface topography of aluminium has been in detail studied with the aim of quantification of morphologically different zones initial, smooth, transition and tough zone by means of surface profile parameters Ra and Rz obtained from 24 depth traces. The surfaces have been measured by means of optical profilometer MicroProf FRT that allows research, especially the initial zone that has not been deeply studied and described. From analyses of the parameters Ra, Rq and Rz obtained by means of optical profilometer - MicroProf FRT, a new way of classification of morphologically different zones on the basis of the quantitative parameters Ra and Rz has been proposed.
