The present Guidelines represent a revision of ACC/AHA 2002 Guideline Update for the Management of Patients With Unstable Angina and Non-ST-Segment Elevation Myocardial Infarction. As basis for the revision served data of completed multicenter randomized trials and information on novel classes of drugs and interventional catheter technologies.
