摘要
Air Silica microstructure fibres, often improperly named Photonic Crystal Fibres (PCFs), offer singular propagation properties because of the multiple possible interactions between the guided fields and the heterogeneous structure. We propose a short review of the various PCFs fields of applications while showing, through various examples of fibre structures, how these properties are exploited and which are the most significant results.
