The relationship between mother-child interaction, maternal attachment and positive/negative affect

摘要：
Mother-child interaction is the context of attachment relationship development. Seventy five mother-toddler dyads participated in a play situation. We coded the maternal interaction with the child, the mothers completed measures of attachment and positive/negative affect. Atypical background and fearful attachment were most predictive for attachment vulnerability to depression and the latter had an increasing effect on maternal excessive control of the child.
