摘要：

The sale management is an important constituent in the enterprise management. In view of many malpractices in the traditional sales management, pattern, a solution scheme melting CRM idea into the ERP P is proposed. On the base of optimizing enterprise service, flow, the sales management system that based on integration of ERP and CRM was designed, which could both satisfy enterprises' present needs and adapt the future developments.
