Study on Problems and Countermeasures in Higher Education Management

With the gradual deepening of reform and continuous development of economic society, the macro and micro environment of higher education in China has changed greatly, so innovation in university teaching management has become an inevitable trend. Major drawbacks in the college teaching management system are as follows: Firstly, the university has a vague position which leads to vague college teaching management concept and even into errors; secondly, teaching management system is rigid, lack of flexibility and humanity. This paper described the current problems in teaching management in universities, and thoughtfully summarized the proposed direction and countermeasures of the Reform of Teaching Management.
