摘要
Nano-crystalline Ni-Zn manganite powder was synthesized via a sol-gel auto-combustion process. The fine-grained ceramic with homogeneous microstructure was prepared at lower temperature. The resulting ceramic has good electrical properties, and can be used for multilayer chip NTC thermistors.
